Oh, right, because I work and go to school full-time. Kinda gets in the way. So anywho, the first two episodes are out so I have to watch them... when I have time. Argh, argh grr. I need a vacation.
Also, Norio Wakamato playing Deus can only be awesome. SO AWESOME.

Highschool of the Dead, Mirai Nikki
Started reading Highschool of the Dead on a friend's recommendation. I knew it was fanservice-y, which I don't care either way for, but I'm really digging these characters. There isn't a single one I dislike so far, 7 chapters in, aside from the obviously evil bad guy asshole teacher dude. Maybe I'll write more on it as I get further along. The occasional cryptic narrations keeps the mood down, and makes me anxious to continue.
Also reread Mirai Nikki, just because. I love me a happy ending, but only the second time reading it did I realize just how much fucked up stuff Yuno gets away with. It doesn't sit as well, and it seems like a much less happy ending than it did the first time. Maybe that's intentional. Maybe I read too much of it while half-asleep and missed it all the first time through. In any case, Minene Uryuu is the best character and if you disagree, you are wrong.
